Using this form, you may request a participant account on the system. After the administrator approves the account, you will receive an email with your login information. If you have junk mail (spam) filters configure for your email, please configure the filters to accept email from alabama-admin@sona-systems.net, as emails from the system will often be sent from that address. You must choose a user ID that is not already in use, and also specify an email address that is not already registered in the system. User IDs may be up to 30 characters in length and contain letters and numbers. This form should only be used by participants. Researchers will have their accounts created for them automatically. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT: Students Please make sure that you enter your 8 digit CWID as your USERID and your StudentID!!!! Your CWID is your Student number, not your email address or your Social Security Number. If you do not follow instructions your account will be DELETED and you will lose all of your signups and your credits. Also, be sure that you select the correct course section and instructor, if you do not know who your instructor is, please review your syllabus. Before you begin participating in research please make sure that you read and understand all of the guidelines in the Research Requirement Handout. If you did not get this handout please ask your instructor for a copy of one. All fields are required unless marked otherwise.
